We are interested in businesses that are financially promising, display opportunities for improvement, and possess strong leadership. Given our knowledgeable team and flexible nature, we are willing to look at investments in mature businesses in industries with growth potential. Generally, we do not participate in venture investment.

In addition to control equity investments, our team is willing to consider investments in minority equity positions and various forms of debt and preferred equity, to meet the needs of our partners. We are opportunistic and agile, seeking investments where we can provide valuable financial, operational, and governance expertise to strengthen business ventures.
