Stuart Belkin

Stuart has been a Director of Belkorp Industries Inc since 1984 and Chairman and CEO since 1987


Don Jewell

Don has been a Director of Belkorp Industries Inc since 1996. He is a graduate of Simon Fraser University and holds a Bachelor of Arts. Don is a Chartered Professional Accountant who enjoyed a twenty-year career with KPMG where he served as BC Managing Partner for the firm’s management consulting practice. Don currently is the Chief Operating Officer for SIL Enterprises, a private family owned investment company.

Don has served as Chairman of CAL Investments Ltd, a UK alternative investment fund, and as a Director of Arbutus Biopharma. Don currently serves as Chairman of NLS Group Holdings (SAXX Underwear) and as a Director of Lantic Inc.


Tom Lindsay

Tom has been a Director of Belkorp Industries Inc since 2019. Prior to that, Tom served in roles of increasing seniority with Belkorp, becoming President and Chief Operating Officer in a career spanning 30 years. Tom is a graduate of the UBC Sauder School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Commerce as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario. Tom has served as a Trustee and CEO of CHIP REIT and as a Director of Lantic Inc, Mohawk Oil Canada, Hillsborough Resources, Silver Birch Hotels, and Delta Hotels.

Tom served on the Dean’s Advisory Council, the Business School, University of Western Ontario, as well as for many years on the Board of Shaughnessy Heights United Church.


Guff Muench

Gottfried “Guff” has been a Director of Belkorp Industries Inc since 2014. Guff studied Urban Geography at the University of Toronto and received a Master in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario. Guff has served as President of both Cummins Western Canada, the only employee owned Cummins distributor in the world, and Cummins Westport, a world leader in alternative fuel technology.

Guff serves on the Board of private companies Ames Tile and Stone as well as Smith Cameron Pump Solutions. His community service has included serving on the board of the Vancouver Community College Foundation, Canadian Association of Equipment Distributors, Mining Suppliers Association of BC, and the World Presidents Organization of BC.


Sandra Stuart

Sandra has been a Director of Belkorp Industries Inc since 2020. Prior to becoming a corporate and non-profit Director, Sandra enjoyed a forty-year career with the Hong Kong Bank of Canada culminating in her appointment as President and CEO of the bank. Sandra holds a Bachelor of Arts (Economic/Business) from Simon Fraser University and has completed Executive Management courses at both Harvard Business School and IMD.

Sandra currently serves on the Supervisory Board of HSBC, Germany and on the Faculty Advisory Board, UBC Sauder School of Business. Sandra has served as a Cabinet Member for the United Way of the Lower Mainland, as well as on the Board of Governors at Pathways to Education Canada, in addition to a number of other community initiatives.


Brooke Wade

Brooke has been a Director of Belkorp Industries Inc since 2016. Brooke is a graduate of the University of Calgary where he obtained a Bachelor of Commerce. Subsequently, Brooke obtained his Chartered Professional Accounting designation with Thorne Riddell and Co. Brooke is currently the President of Wade Capital Corporation, a private BC investment company. Previously, Brooke served as CEO of Methanex, the world’s largest methanol company. He also served as Chair and CEO of ACETEX Corporation, a major French chemical company.

Brooke currently serves on the Board of Gran Tierra Energy and has served on the Boards of Kinder Morgan Canada Ltd, as well as on a number of non-profit organizations including the Nature Trust of British Columbia, Chairman, Crofton House School and as a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council for the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.


Doug Whitehead

Doug has been Director of Belkorp Industries Inc since 1999. Doug holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences (Civil Engineering) from UBC and has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario. Doug has served as CEO and Chairman of Finning International Inc, the world’s largest Caterpillar dealer, and as CEO of Fletcher Challenge Canada, a major forest products company.

Doug has served on the board of a number of public and private companies including Interfor Corporation, Inmet Mining, Ballard Power Systems, Kinder Morgan Inc, Terasen Inc and Timberwest Forest Limited (Chair). He continues to serve on the Board of Kal Tire Ltd, a major Canadian private company, in addition to founding The Hieros Foundation. Doug’s past service to the community includes serving as Campaign Chair for the United Way of the Lower Mainland and as a Governor of UBC.


Randy Zien

Randy has been a Director of Belkorp Industries Inc since 2004. Randy is a graduate of UBC where he obtained his Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Law degrees. Randy practiced for many years as the Senior Tax Partner at the law firm now known as Borden Ladner Gervais. Subsequently, he has served as Vice Chairman of Persis Inc, a major Canadian private company that built Future Shop, Wesbild Holdings, and Drug Royalty, among many other successful initiatives.

Randy is Chair of UBC Properties Trust, a major British Columbia real estate development company owned by UBC. Randy has served as a Board or Advisory Board Member on a number of non-profit organizations including the Canadian Tax Foundation, Urban Development Institute, BC Building Corporation, and Collingwood School.
