Senior Investment Analyst
Stefan is responsible for real estate and operating business analysis and investment recommendations.
Prior to joining Belkorp in 2022, Stefan spent six years working at KPMG where he held numerous roles, including a Senior Consultant in their Transaction Services group assisting buy-side clients with financial due diligence.
Stefan holds a Bachelor of Business from the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.

Marc Ouse
Corporate Aftermarket Manager, Belkorp Ag
Marc is responsible for central support to business operations, aftermarket business development and continuous improvement.
Prior to joining Belkorp in 2020, Marc worked for 23 years in engineering management in the manufacturing industry.
Marc holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering from the California Polytechnic State University and an MBA from California State University - Stanislaus State.
Trish Smith
Director of Human Resources, Belkorp Ag
Patricia is responsible for the development and implementation of human resource strategies, benefits, compensation, development, labor relations and staffing for Belkorp Ag.
Prior to joining Belkorp in 2015, Patricia spent 10 years at North American Specialty Products and six years at CertainTeed Corporation as a Human Resource & Safety Manager.
Patricia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, is PHR certified from the HR Certification Institute, and is a SHRM Certified Professional.
Connor Pate
Manager of Precision Agriculture, Belkorp Ag
Connor is responsible for facilitating Belkorp Ag customers in applying technological innovations to their farming practices. He also provides technical customer support, ensuring the smooth integration and use of equipment and technology.
Prior to joining Belkorp Ag in January of 2023, Connor spent 4 years at Huron Orchard Services as a PCA and Farm Manager. He’s also worked with the California State University Chico as the Head Nutrient Analyst while earning his degree and Simplot Grower Solutions as a Field Technician.
Connor holds a Bachelor of Science in Crop Production, Horticulture, and Land Resource Management from California State University, Chico.

Meghan Gulyas
Senior Engineer: Design & Regulatory Compliance, Campbell Hill Landfill
Meghan is responsible for interfacing with regulatory agencies as well as managing the engineering and design services for the Campbell Hill Landfill.
Prior to joining Belkorp in 2020, Meghan spent five years working in the industrial construction industry across Northern Alberta and British Columbia.
Meghan holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the Memorial University of Newfoundland.
